Minimum Requirements:

Grade 12 or equivalent qualification
Previous customer service minimum 6 months travel and tourism preferable
Airline industry experience will be an added advantage
Highly skilled computer literacy
Highly articulate German verbal and written skills
Willing and able to work shifts
