Your key job responsibilities as the German speaking Customer Service Consultant in Cape Town South Africa will include:

- Responsible for maintaining a high level of customer service, either on the phone or via email communication.
- Maintaining a high level of accuracy with all reservations.
- Able to work under pressure, particularly through the busy summer period.
- Assisting in maintaining excellent relationships with third party booking agents.
- Successful at converting new enquiries, and meeting sales targets.
- Responsible for effective communication and organisation of daily manifests

Requirements for this German speaking Customer Service Consultant in Cape Town, South Africa :

- Proficient in English and German (oral and written)
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Word)
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
- Persuasive negotiation skills
- Typing/business writing skills
- Ability to multi task admin e.g. using various different screens & systems
- International Call center experience advantageous
- UK Webchat/Webhelp yodel experience highly advantageous
