Your main job responsibilities as a German speaking Customer Service Host entail:

- Responding to customer queries by telephone, email and online chats
- Processing and taking ownership of all incoming and outgoing contacts in a multimedia environment
- Processing pertinent information into relevant databases
- Completion of tasks assigned during shift
- Customer relationship building and management as well as cross selling of products and services
- Problem solving tasks during shift
- Handling and taking full responsibility for customer related queries
- Make outgoing calls and execute outbound campaigns to existing customers
- Offering translation services to the organisation
- Performing extra tasks given by managers as required

The requirements for the German Customer Service Host position, based in Cape Town are:

- German as a first language and fluency in written and spoken English is essential
- Tertiary qualification conducted in that first language or with that language as a major subject would be preferred
- Demonstrated literacy in MS Office: Outlook and Excel
- Above average word processing skills preferred
