German-speaking Digital Specialist (R12 000 per month PLUS benefits)

Our Client, a leading, global contact-centre with offices situated in Cape Town, has many open vacancies for German-speaking Digital Specialists to join their established team.
The role would be to provide outstanding customer and technical support to the Client's customers in regards to technical products using the telephone, emails and instant messaging chats. The successful candidates will share a deep interest in, and be knowledgeable of, the internet, computers, media, wireless networking and mobile devices and applications.
These vital positions require a technically-competent and flexible problem-solver with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Main duties will include, but are not limited to:
• Providing account and application support to customers, specifically with regards to software functionality and troubleshooting of system configurations and network settings
• Providing prompt, efficient and customer-oriented service to customers
• Assume responsibility for developing detailed knowledge about specific product lines and features
• Ensuring that internal reference pages are updated
• Ensuring interactive website features are operational and surface all problematic issues for immediate correction
• Actively seek solution to customer needs and identify trends to appropriate personnel, including possible solutions/ suggestions
Minimum Requirements:
• Matric/ equivalent
• Fluent in German and English (verbal and written)
• Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills with a systematic approach to problem-solving
• Effective communication skills and composure under pressure
• Clear and diplomatic written skills
• Flexibility/ availability to provide support on a shift model
• Customer service experience
• Experience within a technical role would be highly advantageous
• Tertiary qualification would be desirable
