They offer customer relations and experience in two continents and this position will be located in their offices in Cape Town, South Africa

The German speaking Helpdesk Technician in Cape Town, South Africa will be required to support the users, make a smart diagnostic, solve the problem within 15 minutes max or transfer to the technical team – level 1.5. The Helpdesk job examples will be assisting clients when Passwords are not working, Cannot access to email and Cannot turn on compute
