Currently, our excellent client is seeking a German speaking Intermediate FIT Consultant with Tourism and Travel experience to provide excellent service to our agents, quality packages and services to our passengers and to sell profitably at their Namibian branch.
Salary: market related

Starting Date: asap

Key responsibilities:
• Quote and compile itineraries according to agent requests
• Book all services requested from agent
• Capture bookings in Tourplan and send all requests from Tourplan, confirm all bookings to agent via Tourplan within 48-hour time frame
• Offer alternatives for fully booked properties
• Liaise with overseas agents and local suppliers
• Work closely with tour guides before and whilst on tour
• Assist with colleagues’ responsibilities during their annual leave
• Assist Team Leader and Divisional Manager as and when required
• Participate in teambuilding events and workshops

Additional responsibilities:
• Reduce the transaction turnaround time
• Demonstrate good communication skills and customer care
• Stay current on events and changes of suppliers or products
