German-speaking Load Control Agents (R9000 – R9600 per month)

Our Client, a market-leading load control centre situated in central Cape Town, currently has many open positions for German-speaking Load Control Agents to join the exciting world of aviation.
Minimum requirements:
• Fluent in German and English (verbal and written)
• School qualification equivalent to German middle school
• Sense of responsibility (as a Load Control Agent, you are responsible for the safety of the aircraft and its load)
• Ability to think logically and prioritize your work
• Ability to work according to a fixed set of procedures
• Ability to pay attention to details
• Ability to multi-task
• Ability to deal with many unforeseen interruptions from stakeholders and colleagues
• Stress resistant
• Good and clear communication skills
• Flexibility to work shifts
• Computer literacy skills
Main duties:
• Weight and balance calculation of the Client’s airline flights globally
• Assessing and monitoring the planned figures of passengers, bags, cargo and mail
• Issuing the documentation for the complete flight handling process, including loading instruction and load sheet
• Communication with the various stakeholders providing (loading) instructions and managing the Global Load Control brand externally

All training will be provided for this role.
Salary: R9000 CTC per month during probation and R9600 CTC per month after probation.
