German Retail Customer Service Associates (R15 775 per month PLUS benefits)

Our Client,is looking for German-speaking Customer Service Associates to join their successful Retail Customer Service Department.

Minimum Requirements:
• Matric/ equivalent
• Fluent in German

Main Responsibilities:
• Provide account and application support to customers, specifically with regards to software functionality and troubleshooting of system configurations and network settings
• Provide prompt, efficient and customer-oriented service to customers
