Your key job responsibilities as the German speaking Travel Document Administrator in Cape Town, South Africa:

- Ensuring that all necessary documentation is in clients’ files and contacting sales consultants for information which is unclear
- Logging files into their operating systems
- Extracting documents from reservation systems and running relevant macros to compile skeleton documents
- Ensuring that information pulled from systems is correct
- Checking that there is logic in itineraries and bringing incorrect information to the relevant manager’s attention
- Checking and correcting client transportation arrangements with times, supplier images, packing lists and contact details
- Sourcing directions, maps, images and descriptions if these were not successfully pulled through from our systems
- Ensuring that documentation gets sent to relevant sales consultant(s) prior to their clients’ arrival
- Finalising urgent bookings

Requirements for this German speaking Travel Document Administrator job in Cape Town, South Africa:

- Professional working fluency in German and English
- 1-3 years of experience in a documentation or administration role, ideally within the travel industry
- A relevant degree or diploma from a recognized tertiary institution
- Strong working proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strict attention to detail and accurate spelling and grammar
