Our client is seeking a highly motivated German Speaking Sales and Reservations Consultant to join their fantastic team in Cape Town. Their portfolio includes authentic, tented safari camps in Botswana and Zimbabwe and their enthusiastic team of travel gurus is dedicated to share their knowledge and passion of the wildest and remote locations of Africa with the world.

Short description of duties:

* responsible for meeting the sales targets of the organization through effective planning, selling and
closing of sales through converting enquiries.
* maintain client / customer relationships
* increase enquiries through sales calls and building strong relationships with our agents
* support the rest of the sales team, where each one contributes in their best possible way to work
towards the goals and objectives of the organization
* work close together with the Marketing team

Experience required:
* Fluent in German and English essential
* Travelogic / ResRequest knowledge would be an advantage
* Extensive knowledge of Botswana and Zimbabwe
* Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications and quoting essential
* Highly organised and excellent attention to detail

The salary and incentive are dependent on the experience of the successful candidate and will be discussed in more detail.

Incentives can be earned monthly in the following ways:

1. Sales targets – monthly set target to be achieved to receive part of their incentive
2. Reports and accuracy of work – if all reporting etc. is done correctly from enquiry to booking and
there are no errors, then this portion of the incentive will be paid
3. Sales calls – it is up to the consultants to stay in touch with agents and assist in bringing in
enquiries as well
