Our Client, one of the market leaders in the field of stairlifts and home lifts, is currently looking for an amazing position as Video Consultant in Cape Town, South Africa. Their primary goal is to give, a broad range of customers, the best advice and service combined with achieving their companies’ objectives.

Salary: R9 000 part time and R18 000 full time + R3 000 commission

Working hours: Mon – Saturday between 09h00 and 20h00 (not on Saturdays)

Skills:
• Experience in sales or customer service
• Fluent in German
• Excellent skills in communicating, negotiating and presenting
• Familiarity with relevant computer systems
• Ability to handle stressful situation
• Customer orientated
• Ability to multi-task and stay organized
• Manage time efficiently under pressure
• Demonstrated send of urgency

Key responsibilities:

• Communicating with customers through various channels
• Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints
• Provide knowledge about general product assortment to consult customers properly
• Take care of all customer inquiries via E-Mail or telephone
• Update customers portfolio on a regular basis includes all interactions, transactions, complaints etc.
• Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process
• Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support
• Maintain a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers
• Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
