A position for a German Team Leader Job has become available within a Sales environment. The main function of the Team Leader is to ensure that sales targets for individuals and the team are met as well as the management of quality sales leads. The German Team Leader will be required to both lead and motivate a team of between 15-20 sales agents as well as be responsible for solving any technical issues and trouble-shooting issues.

- 1 to 2 years' sales experience in a similar environment
- Preferable sales management experience

- Proven experience within a pressurised sales environment

German Team Leader - Human Resources:

- Liaise with Sales Manager and Human Resources
- Performance discussions and implementation
- Participate in recruitment processes
