The German speaking Team Leader in Pretoria will lead the team to provide the best possible service. You will coordinate work, provide guidance and support to the Senior Advisor/Deputy Team Leader and manage performance. This job will also require you to work directly with clients build a positive relationship. You will consult with key stakeholders to identify development requirements for business areas. You will also develop and maintain learning material, shares knowledge and encourages personal and professional development

Requirements for this German speaking Team Leader job in Pretoria:

- Fluent in German and English
- Fluency in French, Dutch, Italian or Spanish would be advantageous
- Grade 12
- Tertiary qualification desirable but not essential
- 2-3 years’ experience as a Team Leader / Leadership role in a contact centre environment
- Business related training in leadership, customer relations relevant to this role advantageous
- Ability to communicate on all levels of the organizational structure - internal and external
- Proven ability to manage multiple, concurrent projects
- Excellent customer service skills
- Above average problem solving ability
- Ability to motivate individuals and team towards quality, quantity and development objectives
