Purpose of Role:
 
  • Responsible for supplying field engineering resources globally through our partner network to meet our customer’s needs. 
  • The Global Services Senior Partner Associate will be responsible for ensuring  a quality and cost effective engineering network globally, by engaging with the local partners in these countries and building strong relationships with these partners, and ensuring that the selected partners fulfil our customer requirements as well as developing our business offerings to our customer base.
Responsibilities:
  • Action pre-sales customer requirements for all domains coming into the Global Services Inbox.
  • Assist with all other pre-sales work tasks requirements when necessary
  • Assist in expanding the geographically coverage and improve the SLA capabilities provided
  • Manage Partners’ Profiles by ensuring all documentation and data has been received, signed, processed and saved internally
  • Manage the online English and Skill based evaluations on Partner engineers to ensure company  is providing a consistent engineering service globally
  • Take ownership of the partner skills and capability matrices and ensure the documents are kept up to date and accessible to the business
  • Build strong working relationships with partners to ensure partner flexibility and
  • reliability
  • Managing Projects and the primary partners with SLA’s /escalations
  • Assist in updating the Partner Management section on SharePoint.
  • Assist with all Partner Management related daily work tasks when necessary
  • Assist with issues and escalations when necessary
  • Identify and source new partners globally, into the partner network using the Cisco Partner Tool
  • Action PO and Invoice queries from either partners or the nsc internal teams
  • Analyse partner performance
  • Drive down 'Planned' partner costs in ROW by 5% per quarter                          
  • Ensure timely delivery of all reporting 
  • Projects and Contracts:
  • Maintain and attend to all escalations and continuous improvement of partner standards and price negotiations.
 
Qualifications:
 
Fluently spoken and written English at a business level
Additional language skills desired, preferably Spanish
Global knowledge
Minimum of two years’ experience in a similar role
Experience in either the IT or Telecommunication fields
Experience in sourcing new suppliers
Ability to negotiate competitive rates and within required budgets
Knowledge and experience of Microsoft Office, including advanced use of spreadsheets
Knowledge and experience of Database systems
Ability to work and build relationships at all required levels throughout the partner network
Ability to work with all levels of internal management and staff
SharePoint experience advantageous
