Global Support Engineer

International Hotel Group is recruiting for an experienced Global Support Engineer

Required Skills / Experience :
• Bachelor or equivalent in computer science required.
• CompTIA A plus , CompTIA N plus or similar professional certification advantageous.
• MCSE Windows 2012 or later
• Ruckus Zone Director Certified
• Mimecast CTS Level 2 or equivalent
• HPE ASE Data Center Architect
• 3 years plus experience in hospitality IT management.
• Must have knowledge of TCP/IP, IT Infrastructure ,Windows Operating systems (both server and client), Windows AD, Microsoft Azure ,Converged Networks (Voice, Data Video) ,HP/Cisco Networking, IT Security ( Fortinet and Trustwave services), Google Enterprise Suite ( G Suite ),Cloudberry Offsite storage, Hospitality HSIA, Oracle Opera PMS 5.5 and higher, Oracle Micros POS 3700 , 9700 , Symphony ,SQL and Oracle Databases, Oracle Sales Cloud and Oracle cloud services ( JCS, ICS and DBS), Service Now ITSM, ITIL 3.0
• Ability to work under pressure, able to work unsociable hours/weekends and flexible schedule.
