Job Description:

We are looking for a candidate as company general manager. He/she will serve as top executive fand will, with the MD, be overall responsible for company structure, budgets, personnel, finance, plant, sales, quality as well as technical divisions
Will be responsible for all areas of the business and coordinate all processes and operations across the organization
Speak the language of sales & marketing, finance and accounting, operations, design and engineering, human resources and safety
Traditional company structure with functional managers in sales, engineering, finance, HR, operations and quality and you will be responsible for all these areas

Qualifications:

A person with at least 5 year’s experience as general manager of a company in the mechanical engineering industry – this is a pre-requisite for this position
This person will report directly to the company MD
Provide direct leadership to, and, management of company functional managers
