The incumbent must achieve performance targets in sections, through planning, organizing and control of day to day operations. The successful candidate must have a Grade 12 Certificate, Blasting Certificate, Valid First Aid Certificate, Valid Red Ticket and a Minimum of 5 years experience in Gold mining.
