QUALIFICATIONS
• B.Eng / B.Sc in Industrial Engineering - RESULTS MUST BE ABOVE 70% ( BEE CANDIDATES ONLY)
EXPERIENCE
MSExcel, MSWord and MSPowerpoint experience is a pre-requisite. Advanced Access, Excel, Visio, MSProject experience will be an advantage. Practical experience in industrial engineering or logistics or similar disciplines will be an advantage. Experience in the automotive industry will be an advantage.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:
Professional knowledge of theory and techniques in a specialised field, or knowledge of several fields acquired through tertiary education and /or considerable experience. Reading Comprehension. RESPONSIBILITIES:
Establish and implement operational KPI’s. Apply statistical methods and perform mathematical calculations to determine manufacturing processes, staff requirements, and production standards. Draft and design layout of equipment, materials, and work space to illustrate maximum efficiency, using drafting tools and computer. Study operations sequence, material flow, functional statements, organisation charts, and project information to determine worker functions and responsibilities. Develop manufacturing methods, labour utilisation standards, and cost analysis systems to promote efficient staff and facility utilisation. Plan and establish sequence of operations to fabricate and assemble parts or products and to promote efficient utilisation. Operational support on a daily basis. Change management.
