Fetola’s selection team ensures that we select only the best entrepreneurs to join our Enterprise Development Programmes.

This position provides an exciting opportunity for high performing graduates to gain valuable experience and to work closely with a team that is making a visible difference to the future of South Africa.

Duties include but not limited to:

Communications support- handling of calls, emails, sms and online enquiries
Provide information, advice and alternative recommendations on program choice with the assistance of management
Application Support: Guide individuals through the online application process
Desktop review: High level screening required to identify shortlist of suitable candidates for each individual job-creation initiative
Data capturing and analysis
Reporting: Ongoing engagement with stakeholders, feedback, reporting with recommendations


Requirements:

A qualification in Entrepreneurship Studies, Business Management, Project Management or related
Excellent spoken and written English
Ability to speak an additional South African language – Xhosa, Zulu (advantageous)
Excellent communication and inter-personal skills
Computer literate with advanced MS Office skills preferred
Innovative thinking and strong leadership
Research and report-writing capabilities
