Voltex is looking to employ a Graduate: Learning and Development for their Voltex Head Office in Bedfordview.

Voltex Graduate Placement Programme offers suitably qualified graduates the opportunity to embark on a 12-month placement within their field of study that will afford workplace learning and practical industry experience and to successful candidates.

The key tasks & responsibilities for this position are to:
• Analysis of current legislation to operationally achieve organisational statutory goals
• Learning and optimising processes to achieve operational efficiency
• Tracking and achieving Workplace Skills Plans outcomes
• Reporting on various national Skills Development projects
• Sourcing and investigating service providers aligned with L&D strategy
• Act as primary administrative support to the Learning and Development Team
• Co-ordination of internal and external training including, inter alia, venue confirmation, catering, travel arrangements for facilitators and delegates
• Capture internal training registers
• Control of payments to service providers
• Liaising with service providers regarding payments, registers, schedules etc.
• Liaising with learners involved in company programmes
• Facilitation of internal courses
• Formulation of internal courses that meet company requirements
• General filing

The key knowledge and educational requirements for this position would be:
• Bcom. IO Psych/HRM/General
• Must be computer literate
• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel on an Intermediate level is advantageous
• Driver’s license is preferable
