How you can impact our business:

You will join us as a Graduate Talent Manager and work within our fastest growing team. The team is made up of like-minded graduates who work hard and enjoy a competitive and fun working environment.

Within your role you will tackle a number of different tasks including, candidate generation, implementing marketing campaigns, conducting telephone sales, prompting financial products, coaching and developing other like mind individuals and building towards becoming a franchise owner.

As we a growing seriously quickly, with some hard work you could get your first promotion inside of 6 months. This promotion will see you gain a lot more responsibility and ultimately start to develop your own team. There is also the opportunity to progress to the business development side of the business.

Because sales training is what we do, your training will be second to none. You will take part in a sales training course designed to give you all the skills to excel as a sales person.
