As a Graduate Trainee Sales Executive you will be part of a team of other like-minded graduate trainees looking to succeed in the lucrative world of Financial Services. Your focus will be generating new business opportunities for yourself and for the company. As you win new accounts you will be responsible for managing the relationships with your customers, understanding their needs and identifying new areas to further your earnings.

You will need to possess an overwhelming will to win coupled with a desire to be part of a successful, rapidly growing firm. Experience is not essential. We want the right attitude and drive. Successful applicants will receive in-depth, structured, proven training from the owners and a range of sales professionals. You must be totally committed to providing excellent customer service and must want to work hard as part of a team where your efforts are recognised and rewarded.

The role comes with excellent scope for progression. With a work hard play hard attitude your promotion from Sales Trainee to Team Leader then Assistant Owner could happen within 12 – 18 months.
