GRAIN TRADER / SNR PROCUREMENT ADMINISTRATOR – NATIONAL AGRICULTURAL CONCERN, BLOEMFONTEIN OFS
JOB ROLE
•To manage the physical and SAFEX inventory positions as well as related activities for the company.
•Also deputising in the absence of the procurement manager and providing assistance with all information pertaining to the well-being of the company.
•The successful candidate will also be responsible to set strategy for execution and monitoring together with the procurement manager.

APPOINTMENT REQUIREMENTS
• B Com Honours Degree in Finance
• SAFEX accreditation
• At least five years experience in an agricultural trading industry
• Experience in a financial environment would be advantageous

KPA’S
• Manage physical inventory balances
• Manage SAFEX positions and reconciliations
• Overall responsibility for timely and accurate reporting of inventory positions/ costings
• Booking of daily SAFEX positions
• Manage daily inventory financing process
• Monthly reporting of inventory and SAFEX positions to management
• Liaison with key role players (clients, financial institutions etc.)
