Our Client, an amazing and high-profiled company with fantastic offices in Cape Town, currently wishes to employ an experienced Graphic Designer who will play a crucial role in assisting the Client's marketing operations team. You will also be the creative energy behind the points of contact that members, potential members and guests have with the Client's brand.
You will be a playful, fun, energetic, friendly and ambitious professional who thrives on managing multiple stakeholders and projects against set deadlines.

Job Overview:
Working alongside the Creative Director, you would drive corporate design projects from concept to execution and evaluation, within a fast-paced environment and multidisciplinary team. Managing the Client's corporate identity and branding and having an understanding that this role defines the Client's brand experience is highly desirable in the perfect candidate.

Minimum Requirements:

Relevant marketing degree, qualification or equivalent practical experience;
? Excellent Computer Skills (Outlook, Excel, Internet Explorer, Mozilla, etc);
? Strong experience in Adobe Creative Suite of programs, including Indesign, Photoshop and Illustrator;
? Experience in creating digital design solutions, managing the process from concept to execution;
? Excellent understanding of all design processes and principles, layout and technical skills;
? Conceptually-strong and have a great eye for design;
? Creative flair, versatility, conceptual/visual ability, and originality;
? Contribute ideas and design artwork to fit the overall brief;
? Mac literacy in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop);
? Excellent Communication Skills in English (written and oral);
? Two years of general administrative experience.

Preferred qualifications/experience:


? Hospitality experience is advantageous;
? Ability to clearly communicate with a diverse range of stakeholders within and outside the organisation;
? Ability to navigate ambiguity in a rapidly changing environment and to oversee projects or implementation of national initiatives through to completion;

Main Responsibilities:
? Branding, building the Corporate Identity alongside the Creative Director;
? Outdoor media;
? Guerrilla marketing;
? Wayfinding, newsletters, presentations;
? Managing graphic design projects from concept, to design through to final art, repro ready files, including liaising with printers and suppliers;
? Manage and take ownership of projects from start to finish.

Salary: Negotiable, depending on level of work experience.
