Job Description
We are looking for a Graphic Designer with user interface experience to join a talented and passionate team that is driven to build world class mobile social networking technologies. You will work on creating all artwork, marketing and presentation material for the brand. You will also work with the software development team to create clean and functional user interfaces on a range of mobile devices.
You will share our passion for creating clean, functional and well-designed mobile interfaces that are used by millions of people worldwide.

Responsibilities

• Create beautiful marketing material for the brand in web, mobile and print
• Create well-designed and functional mobile phone application interfaces
• Elevate the artwork and design elements used throughout the company
• Maintain all graphical and design elements on digital platforms

Required Qualities
You should be meticulous and show good attention to detail. You should show flair in design and be able to communicate a youthful brand appropriately. You should have sensitivity and insight into what makes for a successful user interface.

Qualification and Experience

• Tertiary education and more than 2 years work experience required
• Proficient in Photoshop and Illustrator.
• A clear understanding of branding, digital marketing and design.
• Ability to quickly prototype interfaces according to sound human user interface principles
• Clearly understand and articulate sound UI/UX principles on, particularly on mobile phones
• A very good understanding the social networking landscape and applications
• Ability to clearly articulate ideas and substantiate design choices
• Website design and building (HTML, CSS) an advantage
• Experience in templating and interface prototyping a distinct advantage
• Experience with print design and layout will be an advantage
• Able to work in a dynamic and fast-moving environment
