The Graphic Designer in Cape Town will design a variety of pieces from concept to final execution including, but not limited to: catalogues, program identities, direct mail, marketing campaigns, trade-show materials, print collateral, advertising campaigns, etc. This job will require you to work close to Manager and/or Senior Designer to develop conceptual skills. The Graphic Designer will maintain project deadlines

To be perfect for this Graphic Designer job in Cape Town, you will need:

- 4 years of graphic design school or equivalent work experience
- 4 years of advertising design and retail or direct marketing experience
- Strong working proficiency in Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator as well as a working knowledge of key design concepts such as composition, colour and typography and how they relate and differ across formats
- Ability to work independently and respond well to pressure and deadlines
- Have strong production skills and possess good aesthetics for design, typography, colour and composition
- Understanding of the business and the different strategies provided and able to interpret the marketing direction into actionable design
- Has a willing spirit to learn, is flexible and open to change
