Requirements
• Qualification in graphic design with a minimum of three years' work experience (financial services industry advantageous).
• Sound knowledge and experience in Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator.
• Sound knowledge and experience in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Experience of working in print and digital media channels
• Strong creative thinking and idea generation abilities.
• Strong typographic and layout skills.
• Experience of designing for corporate communications in particular corporate reporting (annual reports).
• Experience in updating html-based website and creating html-based mailers.
• Ability to translate data into impactful visuals and infographics.
• Preparing layouts or mock-ups of a design using illustration, text, photography, colour and computer
generated imagery, either by hand or using computer software.
• Up-to-date knowledge and experience of the latest design applications and software.
• A passion for ideas-driven and engaging communication solutions.
• Ambitious to produce great work and strive for high creative standards.

Description:
You will focus on the design, layout and production of both digital and print-ready artwork.
You will develop design concepts, brochures, leaflets, folders, reports and information booklets.
You will develop concepts and templates for PowerPoint presentations and other templates.
You will undertake photo editing where necessary.
You must have the ability to design within corporate, CI and branding constraints.
You must have the ability to take critique and enhance a design based on feedback.
You must be keen to learn about the latest in technologies that will improve the design process.

Technical proficiencies:
Full Adobe Suite – Photoshop, Indesign, Dreamweaver, Illustrator
Highly computer literate and fully proficient in the use of Windows, MS Outlook, MS Word and MS PowerPoint.
Must be proficient in HTML.
Knowledgeable on Sketch, FlowMapp and Invision
