Qualification:

Relevant Degree or Diploma



Skills & Experience:

Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in a similar role

Superior Excel skills

Manage multiple projects simultaneously

Excellent managerial skills

Solid knowledge of the credit and debtors functions



Job Description:

Undertake and review account reconciliations where required.

Ensure the day to day accounts receivable function is completed efficiently.

Report to management when required.

Follow up with the legal team to ensure that legal processes are followed until full recovery of the debt.

Attend monthly litigation meetings and update records accordingly.

Implement and review various debt recovery processes.

Client queries are to be dealt with within 2 days and accurate advice on all queries are to be provided.

Maintain effective operating procedures. All late paying clients are to be sent the correct communication in terms of their lease / contract.
