Tasks and Responsibilities:
• Administrate, in cooperation with the Company appointed Brokers, the following:
o Employee medical aid fund applications and terminations
o Employee pension/provident fund applications, terminations, withdrawals and claims
o Employee insurance claims
o IOD reporting and claims for HQ
o EAP services
• Respond to employee benefit queries and questions and coordinate corrective action
• Administrate the Employee Trust and Company Housing Scheme
• Coordinate a variety of employee wellness programmes in cooperation with HSEQ
• Assist in HR reporting for the annual Company Sustainability Report
• Analyze absenteeism data, advise on corrective measures and forecast trends for all operations
• Develop and maintain Benefits Page on SharePoint
• Assist in development of systems integration between Employee Benefits systems and Company systems
• Assist with HR tasks as and when required

Minimum Requirements:
• Grade 12
• Diploma in Human Resources or equivalent
• Passed the Regulatory Examinations for FSB requirements – an advantage
• Knowledge of applicable legislation (COIDA, BCEA)
• Computer literate – MS Office Suite
• Valid driver’s licence

Other Skills/Competencies:
• Excellent communication (both verbal and written) and presentation skills
• Previous experience in an Employee Benefit environment – an advantage
• Administration skills
• Willingness to travel
