Role Summary.

The incumbent will be responsible for Managing training interventions conducted within the Group as well as Managing the Performance Management System and Employment Equity Initiatives for the group

Key Work Output and Accountabilities

• Manage all Training Programs, including Learnerships, Bursaries and Programmees Leasing with HWSETA regarding learnerships and Bursaries. Ensuring Submission of EOL.
• Creations and managing the monthly Training Variance Report for all business units.
• Identifying and Assessing future and current training needs through job analysis
• Managing the Performance Management System for the Group.
• Assist and Oversee the annual submission of the Reports / Plans and WSP / ATR for all business units.

Inherent Requirements

• Grade 12 and an Undergraduate relevant qualification essential.
• Minimum of 3 to 5 years in Managing training for an organization will be advantageous with good leadership skills
• Advanced level of Computer Literacy. Good computer and database skills, knowledge of Microsoft Access will be advantageous.
• Proven work experience as a Training Manager
• Ability to travel nationally and internationally.
