Looking for a Group Executive to head up a newly established Aviation Training Academy based in Rhodesfield, Kempton Park. The incumbent will primarily be responsible for the growth, promotion, operations and profitability of the Training Academy as well as building and maintaining relationships with partners and other stakeholders.

Purpose and context:

The Group Executive: Aviation Training Academy position is responsible for all operations of the Aviation, Leadership & Technical Training Academy as determined by the Group CEO, and the Board of Directors. It is also responsible for maintaining relationships with partners of the Aviation Leadership & Technical Training Academy and other stakeholders.

Essential requirements:

Extensive experience in setting up a new business and running this profitably
3 year tertiary degree in education, commerce, psychology or similar
Extensive experience in a similar role managing a multinational academy
Extensive management experience
