Qualification:

MBA advantageous

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance or equivalent required



Skills & Experience:

10 – 12 years broad transactional or financial management experience in a global organization with increasing management responsibility including contract structuring and negotiation, real estate development and/or financing globally.

In-depth understanding and knowledge of franchisee contracts and Management.

Strong leader of people.

Proven analytical skills and an understanding of economic valuation theories and processes, with the ability to take large volumes of complex information and present it in a clear and concise manner to senior management, owners and franchisees.

Managing massive change management.



Job Description:

The role provides financial leadership in achieving profit, cash flow, and key performance goals while enhancing owner and franchise relationships.

Ensuring the execution of MEA managed and franchised properties throughout the development life cycle (starting from deal closing, through design, construction and property opening).

Implementing Corporate and Continent SOPS, forecasting procedures, monthly profit and loss statement reviews and critiques and annual budget plan development.

Providing a strategic perspective, financial skills and business acumen to identify profitable opportunities, anticipate challenges and create competitive breakthrough strategies.

Taking a new budgeting process and rolling it out.

Income statement balance sheet reviews – making sure that they are clean and issuing spot checks.
