Looking for a Group Financial Accountant

Qualifications and experience:
B Com (Accounting) – Honours is a plus, with 2 years’ experience
Proficient with MS Office Packages (Advanced Excel)
Experience with Accpac and / or Microsoft Access beneficial
3+ year’s multi-currency consolidation experience, including processing of journals, reconciliations and checks, understanding the principles of foreign currency revaluations
Analysis and problem solving skills
Planning and organisation skills
Quality orientation/attention to detail

Duties include:
Prepare and review group and central balance sheet reconciliations and process monthly journals
Prepare monthly management accounts
Perform variance analysis to budget and render accounting support
Prepare and assist with quarterly forecasts as well as annual budgets
Release creditor’s payments and manage company credit card processes
Assist with year-end tasks (Audit queries and Annual Financial statement preparation)
