Key Performance Areas:

Maintaining the consolidation and reporting systems for the group and its subsidiaries
Assisting in roll-out of changes in group accounting policies
Preparing annual budgets and forecasts for holding companies
Preparation of consolidated group budgets (EXPERIENCE ESSENTIAL - min 2 years)
Assist with the preparation of consolidated annual financial statements and completion of year-end reporting requirements in accordance with group??s accounting policies and instructions
Preparation of the group??s consolidated results and monthly reporting
Preparation of analyses in audit committee papers and board papers
Preparation of interim announcements
Preparation of the groups consolidated forecasts and cashflow information
