CA(SA)
Skills & Experience:
Minimum of 7 years relevant full Shared Services function experience of which a least 5 years was in a Management of Shared Services capacity
Essential to have SAGE X3 or comparable ERP experience
Essential to have Sage People or VIP experience
Job Description:
Payroll:
Approximately 800 fixed monthly remuneration employees
Approximately 800 hourly calculated wages employees
Both monthly and weekly pay cycles
Procure to Pay:
Processing and matching of invoices from 11 offices, as well as daily, weekly and monthly payment intervals
Cash:
Bank account reconciliations, Credit Control, Collection standards, receipt processing
