High-level, operational Group FM role available in a cutting-edge and advanced industry. Based in the Western Cape. This role provides definite growth in the near future and the opportunity to add real value and create impact in a meaningful way. This is a hands-on role and not for the faint-hearted! This particular group of companies are owned by an exciting group well on their way to dominating the South African market in their particular field; owned by a listed group. CA (SA) or ACMA candidates first prize, but will consider the right caliber candidate with BCom Hons and Articles with 10 years plus experience in a relevant industry. Industries that will be considered are: Manufacturing, Production, factory-based.

CA (SA)
ACMA
OR
BCom Hons and Articles with 10 years’ experience
Skills & Experience:
5-8 years’ FM experience
Leadership and management experience
Hands-on operational experience
The ability to obtain buy-in on all levels
Critically look at the business to provide meaningful insight, change and efficiency
Exceptional communication skills
Solid background in stakeholder engagement and reporting
Strong attention to detail
Highly analytical mind-set
Able to travel to sites in other regions of South Africa
Job Description:
The purpose of this role is to take ownership for the full Financial Management function
Including, but not limited to, the following:
Financial planning, forecasting and target setting
Budget Management and everything involved with the budget process
Taking responsibility for financial statements, to be prepared and reported timely
Company Secretary Function
Ensuring that business models are standardized to ensure calculating and evaluating IRR or different products and investments
Full responsibility of the legal, statutory, regulatory and operational compliance
Authorizing payments
Reviewing Accountants’ work
Taking responsibility for insurance cover
SLA and PSL agreements
External Auditor’s liaison
Systems, internal controls, policies and procedures
