A Well-established Group of Companies is seeking a Group Human Resources Manager to provide an effective HR service

Requirements:

Degree in Human Resources Management
Min 5 – 8 years’ experience in a similar role
Payroll experience
CCMA Representation experience
Payspace experience highly advantageous

Some Duties:

Full HR Management function
Provide general support to all Line Managers
Performance Management
Recruitment and Selection
Employee Relations Management
Project Management – management of HR initiatives in response to business change requests; take the brief and ensure delivery
Performance Management
Benefits and Payroll Management – which includes managing monthly payroll process
Calculation of bonuses, annual bonuses, and any other ad hoc bonuses.
Industrial relations - represent the company at CCMA where necessary
Chair and conduct quarterly or bi-monthly HR committee meetings
Leave – review and control of system leave schedule to manual leave schedule
Compilation and completion of all relevant statutory documentation (employment equity, workplace skills plan, Statistics SA returns
Assist the Occupational Health & Safety Officer where required
WCA
Registering of new group entities with Department of Labour for UIF purposes
Liaising and managing any learnerships, bursaries, internships as approved and funded by INSETA,
Conduct monthly budget review
Ensure compliance with organisational BEE practices
