Westvaal Group, a dynamic motor dealership group in North West, Free State, Mpumalanga, Western Cape & Limpopo as well as Gauteng, requires a suitable candidate for the position of Group HR Manager situated in Nelspruit.

Duties / Responsibilities:
? Head of Department
? Direct line of report to CFO and support to Executive Committee on Labour and Law
? Supervising 2x Personnel Managers, Statistics coordinator, 4 x VIP Payroll Administrators
? Development of HR strategies, Policies and Procedures
? Monitoring of:
- Human Capital Management – staff compliment 922
- Performance Management
- Health, Safety and Wellness
- Discipline, Counselling and Mentoring
- EE and BBBEE alignment
- Training and Development
- Remuneration Administration and Risk Audits
? Networking and promoting relations with
- RMI
- MERSETA
- Dept of Labour
- MIBCO, DRC & RMA
- Employment Agencies
- Unions
Qualifications and Experience:
? A relevant Honours Degree in Human Resource Management/Industrial Psychology
? Proven track record in a Senior HR Manager role; Minimum 5 years experience
? Proven Knowledge, understanding and application of HR related legislations
? Computer Literate
? Knowledgeable on VIP an added advantage
