The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the administration of the systems and tools that support performance and talent planning processes. Will be required to support the HR and management in general and any other Adhoc demands related to administration, utilization and reporting within the performance and talent management system.

Job Description

Setting up of user and administrator accounts and maintaining of appropriate access.
Coaching of other users on system functionality, administrative assignments and procedures
Working closely with individuals to define their assignments and drive to completion
To support system implementations or upgrades
Maintaining of Chrome documentation
Troubleshooting all system admin concerns and projects
Troubleshooting and resolving of all access concerns
Troubleshooting content integration concerns to conduct root cause analysis and proposing or to implement a resolution when possible
Maintaining of performance systems internally and externally
Monitoring of system upgrades, releases and consulting with the manager to determine on impact of business procedures
Compiling of expenditure reports, sending out and following up with end users and suppliers
Compiling of Group Procurement Services monthly budget report
Managing of Integrated Management System
Taking minutes and compiling thereof
Managing of catering needs
Managing the cleaner and gardener
Managing the vending machine
Managing of medicals and inductions
Managing the boardroom, kitchen, and bathrooms
Managing the tender box and the mail

Minimum Requirements

Matric qualification required
Relevant Bachelor’s Degree preferred
Minimum 2 years’ experience in HR systems. Administration and Healthcare preferred
Significant experience on SAP and Filo HR Systems
