The successful incumbent will be reporting to the Group Finance Manager, working in a small finance team and interfacing with all department heads for yearly budgets.



Qualification:

CA (SA) – this is non-negotiable and means non-negotiable



Skills & Experience:

Technically strong IFRS, TAX and King IV (Corporate Governance rules)

Experience with Consolidations

SAGE Evolution experience desired

Experience with COGNOS preferred

Advanced MS Excel skills

Meticulous and attention to detail

Up to date with the latest standards etc

Exceptional general financial background with proven skills in financial accounting, budgeting and reporting, treasury and cash flow management and taxation



Job Description:

Monthly Group Management Accounts.

Communicate financial results to management.

Monthly reporting to shareholders.

Implementing processes to improve the reporting function of the business.

Preparing annual financial statements for the Group.

Full control of BBBEE reporting for the Group.

Responsible for the taxation function of the Group, preparing and submitting the annual tax returns.
