Join this leading direct selling Cosmetics and Skincare company, and take control of managing the sales team and distributors, implement strategic sales plans, grow the sales network, drive marketing activations, train and recruit distributors.
This position requires travel to SACD countries and within South Africa.
Previous experience in a similar position within a direct selling environment, bilingual in English and Afrikaans and a clear ITC and clear Criminal record is essential.
