Job Description:

Analyze the tax reporting information provided by divisions and entities taking into account national specificities.

Prepare and analyze the Quarterly and Year-End effective tax rate reconciliation for the group.

Prepare the Quarterly and Year-End tax disclosures following IAS12 principles and ensure compliance with other relevant IFRS standards.

Prepare tax journals and review Consolidation journals for tax implications and treatment.

Prepare the Quarterly Consolidated tax report and Investor information.

Prepare any other tax analysis requirements: E.g. total tax contribution reports.

Adherence to strict reporting deadlines in order to deliver on time and to a high quality to all customers and stakeholders;

Manage the deferred tax calculations and disclosures.

Project management, SARS/management requests and/or submissions.

Support the head office finance function from a tax perspective.

Be proactive with projects and workshops on tax activities.

Work closely with tax department to ensure alignment and avoid inconsistencies between tax and accounting treatments.

Promote cooperation and team spirit beyond internal boundaries and divisions.
