Key Performance Areas: General management of Guest House and overseeing of staff. Ensuring guest satisfaction. Effective coordination of vital administration duties. Implementation and monitoring of standard policies and procedures. Implementation of Social Media and marketing strategies. Self-Development and improvement. General administration duties including running of reception, making bookings and reservations, organising functions, liaising with contractors and suppliers, ensuring the smooth running of the Guest House at all times."

Candidate Description: The ideal candidate must be articulate and fluent in both English and Afrikaans, other languages are beneficial. You must have strong administrative skills as well as a strong marketing background. Non-smoker. Valid Licence and own transport essential as this is a live-out position. A reliable, honest individual with experience running a guest house as well as marketing, P/A or hospitality background will be ideal.
