Kendrick Recruitment is now on the lookout for a Guest Liaisons candidate/Relief Night Manager for one of the top 5* Hotels based just outside the heart of Cape Town. We are looking for a passionate individual that would like to further their career in 5* establishments and services. The successful candidate must have a formal hospitality qualification and a minimum of 3 years experience working in a similar 5* environment. PLEASE NOTE THIS ROLE WILL INCLUDE RELIEF NIGHT MANAGER SHIFTS!!The Guest Liaisons person will be responsible for ensuring that the essential communication lines between the guests and the service the hotel provides is open at all times and highly professional. The position will also co-ordinate all group and exclusive use bookings, but primarily it is a role that requires a high level of guest contact and excellent communication with all departments to ensure all requests and arrangements are followed through to the highest of standards and taking a host management role as required along with the other member of the management team.
