Kendrick Recruitment is now on the lookout for a Guest Liaisons person for an exclusive 5* hotel and vineyard in Franschhoek, Western Cape.The stunning hotel boasts an idyllic hilltop setting with around 39 hectares of private vineyard. The Guest Liaisons person will be responsible for ensuring that the essential communication lines between the guests and the service we provide are open. The position will also co-ordinate all group and exclusive use bookings, but primarily it is a role that requires a high level of guest contact and excellent communication with all departments to ensure all requests and arrangements are followed through to the highest of standards and taking a host management role as required along with the other member of the management team.The following essential requirements are needed for this role:A Hospitality qualificationA minimum of 2 years working in a 5* establishment in a similar roleFluent in Afrikaans and English – other languages will be highly beneficial Excellent interpersonal skills along with a well-presented and professional mannerExperience as a Duty Manager would be preferredExcellent planning and organisational skillsA passion for perfectionThe salary on offer for this position is R8,000If you feel this is the job for you apply today!!
