With this in mind, we seek to appoint a Guest Services Manager who meets these criteria.At least 1 Yr experience in a Junior Front Offiice Management role ANDAt least 1Yr experience as a Guest Relations OfficerABOVE POSITION RELATED EXPERIENCE IN A 4/5 * ESTABLISHMENT NOT NEGOATIABLEManaging Guest relations officers as well as Front Office staffManaging all Guest relations administration, follow up, feedback, and initiativesKeeping every department informed as to which guests are coming, staying and leaving and special requests.Managing group arrivals, liaison with group organizers and meeting special needs.Arranging special programs for special occasions, a lot of initiative required.Thorough understanding of the brand as well as Club Carlson.Maintaining a visible presence around the hotel, interacting with guests and ensuring personalized service.At times will be required to be the Manager on Duty for Front office shiftsWill also be required to fill regular Hotel Duty manager shifts.Implement new and fresh ideas as to how to ‘WOW’ our guests and enhance guest loyalty.Managing Guest Relations expenses and maintaining budget.Assisting with Responsible business initiativesResponsible personYes I Can!
