Hospitality / Lodge Management Qualification with further min 3 years Guest Relations Management

experience in 5* African Island Lodges required.

Strong managerial experience.

Overall control of the Guest Relations department.

Good interpersonal skills

Sense of urgency

Passionate about guest delight

Diligence and self-motivation to meet deadlines and keep on top of your job

Willingness/ability to share information and teach and inspire others

Should be extremely guest focused
