Job description:

A Safari Lodge is looking for a Guest Relations Manager, he or she is to ensure a 5-star standard is achieved in all operations of the lodge.

Key focus areas:

• Daily Guests Experiences
• Management of the team reporting to him/ he
• Leadership & Training
• Assist with operations of the curio shop

Required skills:

• Knowledge of lodge operations
• Product & Market knowledge
• Team Player
• Problem Solving Skills
• Must be willing and able to relocate to the property
• Good communication skills

Candidate Requirements
Qualifications:

• Grade 12 (essential)
• Degree or Diploma (advantageous)
• First Aid Level 1
• Valid Driver’s License
• 5 Years’ experience within the Travel/ Hospitality Industry

Required Skills
Travel/Hospitality : 5 to 6 years

Salary R 7000.00 p/month +benefits (Includes accommodation and meals)
