Main Responsibilities: Highly motivated individual.Main responsibility will be to maximize guest satisfaction by offering fast, efficient and correct service, according to the Yes I Can! service standards, to both customers and employees.The candidate will be expected to have a thorough understanding of the brand, of the property and of all standards.Knowledge of the day-to-day business and communication between all departments is essential.Contribute to the day-to-day running of the hotel operation by physically assisting departments and offering suggestions/ideas to constantly improve the business and services delivered to the guests.Ensuring guest satisfaction by liaising with guests to gain regular feedback and maintaining a visible presence to both the guests and employees.Organize and co-ordinate VIP settings for the rooms with Room Service.Duty Manager shifts Personal Requirements:Responsible personYes I Can!
