Hosting Visitors on Stadium Attractions

Greets visitors as they arrive and provides information where necessary

Presentations to Visitor Groups

Welcomes visitors and leads them to the venue and explains all the rules and regulations

Updating Tour Scripts and Presentation

Presents new updates to the Supervisor for approval

Administration and Reporting

Collects visitor feedback by administering survey forms

Assists at Events

Prepares direction signage as required

Provides feedback and input to Sector Managers as and when required

Assists at other Municipal Stadia

The execution of any function as delegated by the Head of Department or immediate manager in terms of powers indicated in the relevant legislation

Requirements

National Diploma in Tourism or Sports Management (NQF6).

Valid driver’s licence – code 8

Computer literacy

Communication skills and language proficiency

Nterpersonal skills

Emotionally mature to be able to deal with differing visitor requirements
